Additional Terms

Deposit and Payment Plan Clause

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Payment Schedule: The remaining balance shall be paid according to the following schedule:

• 75% due should be paid as instalments agreed at the time of booking.
• Final balance due 45 days before departure.

Forfeiture of Deposit: In the event that the client fails to adhere to the agreed payment plan, the travel agency reserves the right to forfeit the initial deposit and any subsequent payments made. Specifically:

1. If any scheduled payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, the deposit and any prior payments may be forfeited.
2. The reservation may be cancelled without further notice, and the forfeited funds will be retained by the agency as liquidated damages.

Reinstatement: At the agency's sole discretion, a cancelled reservation may be reinstated subject to availability and payment of all outstanding amounts plus a reinstatement fee of 25% of the price of the package.

Acknowledgment: By making the initial deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions regarding the deposit and payment plan.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal, and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
